MODE LIVING was founded by Damien and Stephen Finnegan. Their mission is to provide first class customer experiences and great spaces for people to live in.  

 

Damien is a Chartered Surveyor, Developer, Investor and Landlord with over 20 years of experience in the property industry. He is known for delivering successful projects and providing high-quality rental accommodation. 

 

Stephen has over 10 years of experience building successful client relationships within the property, construction and hospitality sectors. He is known for consistently delivering and providing exceptional customer service.

 

MODE LIVING works closely with landlords, agents, property owners, developers and investors, where we lease buildings on a guaranteed fixed-term basis, typically between 3-5 years (60 months).  

We operate in refurbishment, management and maintenance of these buildings, providing a hassle-free solution for our landlords and high-quality accommodation for our professional tenants.
